Result plan
This is the intensive coaching plan of Essink Sports Center and is strongly advised to novice athletes or those who want to get the most out of their training. The training methods such as the Milon Circle and the Pixformance Circuit are exclusive to the result plan. Together with your trainer you decide which method suits you best. This can be the Milon, Pix, or regular fitness, a combination is also possible.
With regular training appointments and especially in the first weeks extra intensive guidance, this plan is guaranteed to help you on your way.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If after 3 months of sports at Essink you are dissatisfied with your achieved result or our guidance and want to stop, we will refund all your invested money. The only condition we set is that you must have had a registered visit at least twice every 10 days on average, which is 18 training sessions. You register a visit with your membership card upon arrival.

1x per week
If training at Essink is an addition to your other sports activity, membership once a week can be interesting. You save ten euros per period. If you really want to get results from exercising with us, we advise you to exercise at least twice every ten days. If you want to come and exercise once a week purely for fun or relaxation, that is of course also completely fine.
