Boxing fit

This recreational but intensive training is focused on strength and endurance. The lesson is based on boxing training, but not on boxing matches. There is no hard hit and certainly not the head; it's purely about the sportiness. It's about boxing technique and improving strength and endurance. 

Under the guidance of a professional instructor, the children become faster, more agile, stronger and gain self-confidence. 

Classes Youth Boxing:  

Tuesday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm (new from 3 September 2019)

Friday from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm
