Boxing fit

This recreational but intensive workout focuses on strength and endurance. The lesson is based on boxing training, but not on boxing matches. There is no hard hitting and certainly not aimed at the head; it is purely about sportsmanship. It's about boxing technique and improving strength and endurance. 

Under the guidance of a professional instructor, the children become faster, more agile, stronger and they gain more self-confidence.
