Are you between 12 and 15 years old and do you want to work out? Boys and girls of this age category can work on their body condition under expert supervision. Every 4 months a certificate is issued with progress and results on condition, strength, coordination and if desired weight.
We offer youth fitness where you get a targeted fitness schedule, specially prepared for the body that is still developing. That way you always sport safely and effectively. Once a week there is a very nice group training, especially for youth.
