Are you between 12 and 15 years old and do you want to work out? Boys and girls of this age group can work on their body condition under expert guidance. Every 4 months a certificate is issued with progress and results on condition, strength, coordination and weight if desired.
We offer youth fitness where you get a targeted fitness schedule, specially prepared for the body that is still under development. This way you always exercise safely and effectively. Once a week there is a very nice group training, especially for youth.
