Dear members of Essink,

Our Prime Minister announced on December 14, 2020 that the Netherlands will be locked down until January 19, 2021.
Unfortunately, sports are not an option for the time being, but understandable given the circumstances, our sports center will be closed for 5 weeks from Tuesday 15 December.

On the other hand, we are also concerned about your physical and mental well-being. Exercise is extremely important to stay healthy and fit, and to build up the strongest possible resistance to keep the virus at bay. That is why we have worked hard behind the scenes in recent days to find the best alternative for your club visit.

We have come up with 3 options, of which we think everyone can agree with one of the options. Of course we want to continue our beautiful club even after this economically difficult period and to be able to receive you again as usual. That is why there are various options to receive the necessary coaching from us and at the same time to show your support to us as a club, so that we can survive this difficult period and then be fully ready for you again.

We ask you to inform us of your choice before December 20, so that no incorrect direct debits take place and we can approach those who wish to do so for advice as soon as possible.

Option 1A:
Essink Optimal
- Your membership rate will continue during the closing period
- You can use our online offer in the app, consisting of your own recorded videos (new videos appear every week) and the Video on Demand material, where many different types of lessons are available
- You wish to make use of tailor-made advice and training programs, a coach will contact you personally about this
- You will receive a delicious bottle of wine at the reopening and are very happy with your support!

Option 1B:
Essink Optimal
- Your membership rate will continue during the closing period
- You can use our online offer in the app, consisting of your own recorded videos (new videos appear every week) and the Video on Demand material, where many different types of lessons are available
- You do not want to make use of tailor-made advice and training programs and you can move forward with the online offer. If you have any questions, you can always email us info@essinkcitygym.nl, after which a coach will contact you
- You will receive a delicious bottle of wine at the reopening and are very happy with your support!

Option 2:
Essink 50/50
- Your membership fee continues for 50% during the closing period
- You can use our online offer in the app, consisting of your own recorded videos (new videos appear every week) and the Video on Demand material, where many different types of lessons are available
- You can make use of tailor-made advice and training programs, a coach will contact you personally about this

Option 3:

Essink Pause

• Your membership will be paused during the closing period
  
• You do not use our online offer and / or personal coaching
  
• The paused period is extended by the same period at the end of your contract
