Yoga Dance is for everyone who enjoys and relaxes moving to music. The lesson structure and choreography has different levels. Everyone can participate at their own level and degree of intensity.

It is a form of movement where the experience is central. The choice of music plays a major role in this because music can move our emotions. We use different types of music; from Classical to Popular and from New Age to Native / Folk music.

The Yoga Dance class has a structure that can be compared in a number of ways to a dynamic yoga class. Each song focuses on a specific yoga aspect; breathing, different postures and movements, variation in energy levels and the play of attention, concentration and stillness.

No more than 3 steps or movement combinations are used in each individual song and these are built up in intensity and coordination so that everyone can participate. Many options are given. In addition, everyone is encouraged to 'feel and find' their own movements. After all, every body is different, has its own energy flow and processes stimuli and emotions in its own way.
