Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a new form of Yoga, you could call this form of Yoga the milder sister or brother of Power Yoga. As with any form of Yoga, the breath is central. It is not necessary to be flexible to participate in these classes and we slowly build endurance and strength in these classes. You flow, as it were, from one posture to another in this lesson in a fluid movement. Vinyasa Flow promotes a strong posture and increases mobility. This class is suitable for yogis of all levels.
