Boxing classes for youth

This recreational but intensive workout focuses on strength and endurance. The class is based on boxing training, but not boxing matches. There is no hard hitting and certainly no head aiming; it is purely about sportsmanship. It is about:

  • Discipline and self-confidence: young people learn not only boxing techniques, but also respect, focus and perseverance.
  • Fitness and strength: a playful, energetic way to get fit and build strength.
  • Social interaction: working as a team and learning and growing together with peers.

Led by a professional instructor, children become increasingly faster, more agile, stronger and more confident.
